HISTORY

RCCG Faith Arena is a part of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), which was founded in 1952 by God through His servant (Pa Josiah Akindayomi). Presently, RCCG has over 6000 parishes around the world, with over 3 million members.
The General Overseer of the church is Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye. By the special grace of God, there are established missions in many African nations, as well as Asia, Europe, Australia, the Caribbean, North and South America.

Faith Arena is a family Church where God’s word is given priority (first place) and Spirit of God is given free flow. The communication of word of God in Faith and Love create an atmosphere of signs and wonders.

It is a place of building strong leaders to effectively inspires others to good works and fosters a positive work culture. Regular flow of information is key to our good working relationships.
Our members are our priority we support and minister to them Spirit, Soul and body. We listen to them and work with them to attain the full statue of Jesus .
We strive for Excellence in our services, foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation and encourage others to likewise.
We hire, develop and retain talented individuals who align with our core values of excellence and good relationship and goal of keeping God’s word first place. We create a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity and personal growth. Our staff and volunteers are our best asset.
We encourage clear and open channels of communication, this encourage transparency at all level. This foster trust, alignment and a shares sense of purpose.
We engage in strategic planning; by systematic aligning our strategy: (everyone has great potential and gift to contribute) with our vision. We are dynamic and flexible in our approach making Jesus Christ our standard.
We are determined to reach all people through the message of salvation by all available means. We believe salvation is for all.
No small plans are made here in Faith Arena.

3. To have a member of The RCCG in every family of all nations.
4. To accomplish No. 1 above, holiness will be our lifestyle.
5. To accomplish No. 2 and 3 above, we will plant churches within five minutes walking distance in every city and town of developing countries and within five minutes driving distance in every city and town of developed countries.
6. We will pursue these objectives until every nation in the world is reached for Jesus Christ our Lord.
